Thank you for shopping with Fancy Fiddles! We offer refunds on all products including our Soy Wax Candles within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase you will not be offered a refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition it arrived in. If a product was damaged during shipping we will send out a replacement, as long as there is photo evidence to show that the damage occurred during transit. We do not allow exchanges of any kind. Buyer is responsible for purchasing the return label for any products being returned.
